Wadi Health Tourism
Trusted Medical Travel in Istanbul Since 2018

Health travel is complex. Coordination should not be.

Wadi Health Tourism exists to make the international patient journey clearer — connecting healthcare planning with the practical realities of travelling to Türkiye for care.

Physician-Led 360° International Medical Coordination

Wadi Health Tourism was founded in 2018 in Istanbul by Dr. Ebru Ünal and Dr. Yusuf Ünal. In contrast to commercial agency models, Wadi Health places patient safety and ethical medical integrity at the heart of international healthcare.

As an accredited TÜRSAB healthcare tourism facilitator, we bridge international patients with certified Turkish Ministry of Health licensed hospitals, surgical institutes, and world-class specialists.

What we do not do

Wadi does not replace your physician and does not make clinical decisions. Diagnosis, treatment recommendations and medical procedures remain the responsibility of the licensed healthcare provider and treating physician.

Specifically, we do not:

  • assess whether a treatment is suitable for you — a physician does that
  • recommend a technique, a material or an implant
  • give a prognosis, an outcome estimate or a recovery timeline
  • publish prices for medical treatment
  • publish a physician, institution or accreditation before its evidence has been verified
  • publish patient stories, testimonials or before-and-after material without documented consent and legal clearance

Our patient-first principles

Four principles decide what goes on this website and what does not:

  • Say who is responsible. Every page separates coordination from clinical care.
  • Publish only what is verified. An unverified claim is absent, not softened.
  • Describe limits as clearly as benefits. A page that only lists benefits is not informing anyone.
  • Never manufacture urgency. There are no countdowns, no scarcity claims and no discounts here.

Partner standards

Before an institution appears on this site, we check its legal identity and licence status, and we ask for the source document behind any accreditation it claims. Where a claim cannot be evidenced, it is not published — including where the institution is confident it is true.

Physicians are published only with verified credentials, a verified institutional affiliation and written consent to publish their name and photograph.

Multilingual communication

Clinical information is only useful in a language you can make a decision in. Coordination is provided in the language you choose, and translated medical content is reviewed by a person rather than published from a machine.

Compliance and transparency

Where our legal identity, authorization status and certificate details are verified, they appear in the footer of every page. Until each item is verified, it is left out rather than approximated.

Health-related information you send us is treated as sensitive data: minimised at collection, stored in the European Union, retained for a defined period and deleted on schedule. Our privacy documents describe this in detail.

Coordination team

Coordinators are the people you actually deal with: they arrange, explain, translate and follow up. They do not give medical advice, and if you ask them a clinical question they will route it to the treating team rather than answer it themselves.

Start with a simple conversation.

Tell us what you are considering. We will make the next step clear.
