How we verify a partner
A partner appears on this site only after its legal identity and licence status have been checked, and only with the claims we can evidence. Where an accreditation is stated, we ask for the certificate and its validity period; where that cannot be provided, the claim is left out rather than softened.
Verified entries carry the issuer and the validity of each claim. When a certificate expires, the claim stops being displayed automatically — because a lapsed accreditation shown as current is a false statement, not an oversight.
