Specialty
Healthy aging care that starts with evaluation, not a protocol.
Fatigue, weight change, disturbed sleep, low mood and reduced libido are non-specific symptoms with many possible causes. They need a history, an examination and appropriately interpreted tests — and the outcome is frequently not a prescription.

Understanding Healthy aging
This is preventive and diagnostic medicine, not a product line. The value of an assessment is in identifying what is actually driving your symptoms, which may be a thyroid problem, anaemia, sleep apnoea, depression, a medication effect, or a lifestyle pattern rather than a hormone level.
A laboratory number means little without clinical context. Reference ranges vary by laboratory, by age and by the time of day a sample was taken, and treating a number in isolation is how people end up on therapy they never needed.

Fatigue, weight change, disturbed sleep, low mood and reduced libido are non-specific symptoms with many possible causes. They need a history, an examination and appropriately interpreted tests — and the outcome is frequently not a prescription.
Medical assessment and planning
An appropriate healthy aging assessment generally includes:
- a full history of the symptoms and how long they have been present
- a review of medications, supplements and existing diagnoses
- a physical examination and baseline measurements
- targeted laboratory testing selected by the physician, interpreted in clinical context
- screening for common treatable causes before hormonal explanations are assumed
- a discussion of sleep, nutrition, activity, alcohol and stress as genuine clinical factors
How Wadi coordinates the journey
Wadi coordinates the assessment appointment, the sequencing of tests within a visit, accommodation and travel, and the communication of results and follow-up plans in your language.
Whether any therapy is appropriate, which therapy, and at what dose are decisions made only by the treating physician after assessment.
Common questions
No. It has specific indications and real contraindications, and it is not appropriate for a large number of people who ask about it. Suitability depends on your diagnosis, medical history and risk profile, assessed individually.
We do not coordinate treatments marketed as reversing aging, and we do not present unproven longevity therapies as medical care. What is coordinated here is assessment and evidence-based treatment of identified conditions.
Testing without a clinical question tends to produce findings that are hard to interpret and easy to over-treat. The physician selects which tests genuinely answer something in your case.
