Your Wadi journey

From first contact to follow-up, one coordinated path.

Every step below names who is responsible. Coordination belongs to Wadi; every clinical decision belongs to the treating physician and healthcare institution.

Your Wadi journey

One journey. Five clear chapters.

See how the conversation, clinical review, travel and follow-up connect — with a named owner at every step.

  1. An international patient having a calm first video conversation with a Wadi coordinator01
    01Coordinated by Wadi

    Your first message

Tell us the treatment area you are considering, your country and your preferred language. Nothing more is needed at this stage, and you should not send medical documents yet.

    02Coordinated by Wadi

Information and documents, only if needed

If a clinical assessment genuinely requires records, we send a separate secure link and ask for your explicit consent first. We never request medical documents by email or messaging app.

  2. Two physicians reviewing patient information together in a contemporary Istanbul clinic02
    03Decided by the healthcare provider

    Healthcare partner review

The licensed institution and its physicians review the information and decide whether an assessment is appropriate and what it requires. This is a clinical judgement and it is theirs alone.

  3. A patient and coordinator reviewing a clear appointment and travel plan together03
    04Coordinated by Wadi

    Your plan is put together

Appointment timing, the healthcare provider’s details, an expected stay window, transfer and accommodation options, and any pre-travel instructions issued by the clinical team.

    05Your decision

    You decide whether to travel

The plan is information, not a commitment. Take the time you need, ask for a second opinion, and know that no part of this process obliges you to proceed.

  4. A Wadi coordinator welcoming an international patient on arrival in Istanbul04
    06Coordinated by Wadi

    Travel preparation

A practical checklist: documents, medication list, what to bring, what to arrange at home, and who to contact if something changes before you leave.

    07Coordinated by Wadi

    Arrival and treatment

A coordination contact during your stay, transport if it was booked through us, appointment reminders, and interpretation support at appointments where arranged.

  5. A physician sharing discharge and follow-up guidance with a patient and companion05
    08Decided by the healthcare provider

    Discharge and the journey home

The treating team decides when you are ready to travel and issues discharge instructions. We help arrange the practical side around that decision — never ahead of it.

    09Coordinated by Wadi

    Follow-up after you return

Questions routed to the appropriate clinical team, reminders for scheduled follow-up, and help arranging any continuing care you were advised to have where you live.

Before we begin

What to prepare before contacting us

You will get more from a first conversation if you have these to hand:

  • a short description of the problem in your own words, and when it started
  • a list of medications, supplements and allergies
  • previous relevant reports or imaging, if you already have them
  • any diagnosis you have already been given, and by whom
  • the dates you could realistically travel, and how long you could stay
  • the language you want to be spoken to in

Start with a simple conversation.

Tell us what you are considering. We will make the next step clear.

This contact channel is not an emergency medical service. For urgent or life-threatening symptoms, contact local emergency services.
